Cory has served OCL Group Inc. since 2012, initially as an external advisor, shareholder and Board Member and then in October 2016, full time as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Since joining OCL, Cory has led OCL’s corporate development and seen OCL acquire and diversify into the forest products, specialty services and the engineered foundations markets. Cory brought with him over 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and business strategy. In September 2021, Cory was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of OCL Group and continues to grow and diversify OCL into one of the leading industrial service providers and contractors in Western Canada. Cory holds degrees in law, business and arts and continues to be a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Dustin Duncan

Dustin joined OCL in 2014 as a project manager and shareholder. From there he progressed to Business Unit Manager and then President - Midstream & Mining to oversee diversification efforts. In 2023 Dustin moved into his current role as Chief Business Officer & President, Engineering which focuses on integrating corporate service offerings with operations to ensure efficient synergies exist with a prevailing focus on project success. Prior to joining OCL, Dustin had over 15 years experience in Industrial projects, starting his career on the tools for a general contractor and working his way up through education and experience to leading large projects and field services for one of the largest international Engineering Firms. As part of his position, Dustin led the successful creation and expansion of OCL’s engineering and specialty services divisions and played a key role in OCL’s corporate development including the acquisition and integration of a number of our subsidiaries. . Dustin also serves as the Executive Sponsor of OCL’s Quality Program providing oversight and direction to ensure the highest level project execution. Dustin is a Project Management Professional with a PMI and holds a P.Tech(Eng) Certification.

Chris Bouzetos

Chris began his career in industrial construction over 15 years ago. He was an early shareholder in OCL and has spent over a decade contributing to the growth and development of the company. During this period, he progressed from project management to business unit management and most recently to the President - Heavy Oil Division. Throughout this time he has gained comprehensive understanding of OCL's processes across project management, safety, quality, operations and administration. Chris is the Executive Sponsor of OCL's Safety program stewarding and leading the continuous improvement across the organization. He is also the Executive Sponsor of Indigenous Relations and provides leadership in developing relationships and partnerships with Indigenous Peoples and Communities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta.

Greg holds degrees in Civil Engineering (B.Sc.), Business Administration (MBA), and is registered with APEGA as a Professional Engineer.

Janelle Ostermayer joined OCL group in January 2022 as Director of Finance and after a short transition period, assumed the role of Vice President, Finance and Administration. Janelle was previously with a large publicly traded industrial construction group for 11 years in various roles of increasing responsibility. She brings with her to OCL valuable experience in financial reporting, operational accounting, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis and asset management. She holds an accounting designation from CPA Alberta and a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge.

As Operations Manager for OCL Specialty Services, Tom is responsible for running our water blasting and chemical cleaning business. Tom also manages the division's bundle extraction, flange integrity, field machining and bundle repair services. Tom has15 years of industrial cleaning and maintenance experience. In addition, Tom is a red seal journeyman heavy duty mechanic with 25 years of field experience.

Kyle joined OCL with over 10 years construction management experience to lead project management and processes across the Midstream and Civil divisions. Kyle has led multiple project teams to deliver full cycle construction execution including civil, mechanical and electrical facets. He has a proven track record of delivering quality projects on time and under budget throughout Western Canada. Kyle holds a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma and various safety certifications with ACSA.

As an owner of two outside businesses, she has a broader understanding of business as a whole and is able to contribute in areas outside HR like marketing, accounting, communications and safety. Leanne has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and she is a designated Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

Richard has over 25 years in industrial construction and oilsands experience. As a Journeyman B Pressure welder he has the technical knowledge to ensure our projects succeed. In his more than ten years with OCL Group Richard has been a senior leader in safety and has proved to be a cornerstone of our safety culture. As Operations manager of Heavy Oil Richard is responsible for the execution of all work in the Oilsands region.

Kevin Seamons is OCL's acting HSE Manager. He has been with the Company since 2013 and has extensive safety experience in heavy industrial and civil construction. Kevin's expertise extends into the areas of emergency preparedness and response as well as case management and policy and procedure creation. Kevin provides overall leadership to  our safety team and is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive safety culture. Kevin has an NCSO designation from ACSA.

Robert Baron joined OCL as the Corporate Quality Manager in 2019, bringing with him 33 years of construction experience working throughout Western Canada. He has worked in various aspects of Construction Quality, with extensive experience in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Coatings, Quality Processes and Auditing. He is a Certified Engineering Technologist and is a CWB Level III Welding Inspector, Senior Coating Inspector, American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector, ISO 9001 Auditor and a National Construction Safety Officer. Robert was instrumental in improving our Quality Management system, achieving its Coast to Coast registration.

Travis has over 20 years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry. He joined OCL Group Inc. 11 years ago, initially as an equipment operator, and working his way up to project and construction manager and shareholder and has most recently moved into the role of pre-construction and equipment manager. During his time at OCL, Travis has become a valuable asset to the Company having worked in many significant areas of our business including project and construction management, project services, and estimating. This experience has given Travis the ability to have a unique perspective on OCL’s operations and be able to see things through the eyes of all OCL stakeholders. Travis strives to create a team environment that allows OCL to execute jobs in the best interest of the company, our clients and our employees. Travis is an experienced construction professional holding certifications as a red seal welder,  journeyman boomtruck operator and holds a diploma in civil engineering technology.

She is passionate about using technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
