This project consists of installing three (3) new slug catching vessels to provide additional liquid  handling capacity for the AOC inlet.

➤ Assist in setting three (3) supplied Inlet Separators and two (2) supplied pipe rack modules to accommodate the new equipment and piping. 

➤ Assembled and installed supplied prefabricated structural steel onto existing structural steel and newly installed pile caps. Included lifting and setting in place stick built structural steel and pre-fabricated piping, ensuring pipe shoes, guides, anchors and supports were installed as identified on IFC drawings and 3D Model. 

➤ Also included, shimming, slide plates, levelling and bolting or welding (as required).

➤ Assembled supplied prefabricated process piping onto the structural steel.

➤ Bolted and torqued tie-ins and interconnecting piping between the equipment, pipe rack and modules. 

➤ Assembled and installed supplied pre-fabricated stairs, landings and platforms.

➤ Installation of in line process instrumentation and manual valves. (Control valves, ESDVs, etc.) 

➤ Construction support during pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up.

➤ Filled pile hydrovac holes with fill-crete. 

➤ Assembling/connecting the piping and structural steel of any off-skid pre-fabricated piping and structural steel from the associated pipe rack and/or pipe rack module to the associated existing tie-in and/or process package nozzle. Assembly/Connecting included bolting of all steel flanges within the skid limits and installation of all shipped loose item
