Prior to restarting the facility, OCL Industrial Services provided initial assessment and support for engineering and historical knowledge for plant modifications and repairs.

The plant was recommissioned and restarted on schedule with provision of mechanical, supervision, operational and electrical support during commissioning and ramp up. OCL Industrial Services continued to provide support to the facility until operations were curtailed.
