This project consists of installing a new Sanitary Sewer system predominantly by open cut with depth ranging from 3m to 8m. Utilization of trench box, sliding rail and manhole tap box shoring system was required. Trenchless installation methods such as; Guided Augering Boring and Microtunneling is utilize for roadway and pipeline crossings. Furthermore, the tie ins of the new Sanitary Sewer system to the existing system requires several critical bypass pumping with flows ranging from 50-1200 L/s (700-19200 G/min).
This project consisted of removing and installing a new sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer system by using an open cut excavation; pipe depths ranged from 3 meters to 6 meters. Utilization of a manhole tap box shoring system was required. Furthermore, this project also included the tie ins of the new water main, valve and hydrant assembly installations, water main hot taps, hydro testing, chlorination, installing sanitary sewer & storm system piping. This included tying into to the existing system which required several critical bypass pumps with flows ranging from 50-1000 L/s. OCL also removed and replaced the concrete curb, sidewalk and installed temporary water for residents.
Installation of new water and sanitary sewer servicing the hamlet of Anzac. Supply and install of 11,500 m water main; 18,500 m sanitary sewer and associated fittings and appurtenances. Includes supply and install of approximately 260 lot services. Restoration of disturbed areas including 110,000 m2 road construction and 263,000 m2 of topsoil and grass.
