At OCL Group Inc., the safety and well-being of our employees, their families, our clients and communities in which we operate is of utmost importance. We are monitoring and staying informed on COVID-19 developments, ensuring alignment with government, public health and client’s site-specific protocols.
Our Public Health Emergency Support Team conferences daily and communicates regularly with employees to ensure business continuity. We have modified our health and safety measures to include employees working from home, where possible and restricting and/or canceling business travel as necessary.
Employees are encouraged to individually do their part in flattening the curve by maintaining social distancing, best hygiene practices and self-isolation if needed. All employees who have returned to Canada from travel outside of the country have been subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine.
